Design Requirements:
Size Exactly equal to the size of the ad space ordered.
Resolution 300 dpi (minimum) at full size (100%)
Image Type TIFF, JPEG or EPS only
Delivery method Disk or via e-mail.
Notes: Be sure your Artwork is formatted as spelled out above. We recommend using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Freehand, however, other programs may be used as long as the final product is formatted correctly. For your convenience, we can fix Artwork that does not follow these guidelines. For this service SAE charges a rate of $50/hour. Please do not utilize programs such as WordPerfect, MS Word, Excel or Harvard Graphics.

If you are looking for a more affordable, yet effective way to reach our audience, you may consider including a classified ad in our magazine. This section is limited to two pages so your ad will not get lost. Ideal for small businesses, tour operators, traveling companions, research, volunteer seekers and others. Commercial Rates are $50.00 (20% discount available for SAE members) and include the first 50 words of the ad, each additional word in the ad will cost $.50
