Terms and Conditions

The advertiser and/or the advertising agency assumes all responsibility for the content of all printed ads and assumes all responsibility for any complaints to the editor as a result of the ad.

The editor reserves the right to reject any ad if it is found to be inappropriate or does not comply with the standards of publication. The editor reserves the right to print the phrase “Ad” on any ad that could be misinterpreted as editorial content.

Cancellations are not accepted after the reservation deadline. Any cancellations received after the deadline are responsible for 100% of the ad price.

The editor is not responsible for errors caused in the last copy.

Written or verbal contracts are considered valid by the editor and are subject to all the terms and/or requirements of these rates.

If, under any circumstances out of his control, the editor is not able to correctly express the ad, the only responsibility will be to publish the same ad in the next publication and in this case will reimburse the amount paid for the ad.

Please take into account that advertising with South American Explorers’ magazine, website or other publication establishes a representation of the services and products of the advertiser.
