Opening Hours

Come visit us during our opening hours Monday to Friday, 0930 - 1700 and on Saturdays from 0930 - 1300. Plus on Wednesdays we have events at the Clubhouse (open to all) and so we are open until 2000.

Public Holidays

Please note that the Clubhouse will be closed on Tuesday May 1st for Labour Day (ironically!). We apologise for any inconvenience.

In the case of an emergency, a member of staff can be contacted on (+51 1) 980925321. The gratuity for using this service will be $20.

Pisco Sour

To heighten your enjoyment of the holiday season, here is SAE's way to make Peru's national drink, the Pisco Sour:

Ingredients:
- Pisco: a grape-based liqueur from the southern coast of Peru (definitely not from Chile!!)
- Jarabe: a sugary syrup available in bottles
- Egg whites
- Lemon: lots
- Ice
- Angastoura Bitters (or failing that, cinammon)

Method:
- add 2 cups of pisco, 2 egg whites, 1 cup each of squeezed lemon juice and jarabe, and half a tray of ice to a blender or shaker
- blend or shake until white and foamy
- serve in glass or glasses
- add a drop of Angastoura Bitters (or a light shaking of cinammon)

Warning:
- do not attempt to operate heavy machinery afterwards, or during for that matter.
