Long Distance Bus Schedules
We endeavour to keep this schedule accurate however times and prices are subject to change, if you find out new information please tell a SAE volunteer. We have included the telephone numbers for each company so you may confirm set departures for the day of travel. Unless otherwise noted, long distance buses for travel within Ecuador departing Quito leave from the Terminal Terrestre ( ( 2570-590/519), and the company has its office there. In general, reservations are not taken by phone; you must purchase your ticket in person at the office. Terminal Terrestre is at Maldonado y Cumanda (south of Plaza Santo Domingo). To or from Terminal Terrestre take a taxi (recommended) or the trolley bus (unsafe with luggage). Buses within Ecuador generally cost about $1 per hour of travel.
