The Lima
clubhouse moved to its new home in early April 2002,
after 25 years in Breña. The new clubhouse is more
centrally located and close to all kinds of restaurants,
hotels, internet cafés, and shops. Just like our old
place in Breña, our new home is full of charm, friendliness,
character, and warmth.
Directions:
We hope you'll come by and see us at 135 Calle Piura,
in the 49th block of Arequipa. Just go to the main
ovalo (roundabout) in Miraflores, and then take Arequipa
east for three blocks before going left on Piura.
If
you arrive in Lima during office hours, you may want
to come directly to the Club. A taxi at the airport
can cost from US$4-8. Getting a lower price is more
likely if you bargain in local currency, or hail a
taxi from the street. Always agree on the price beforehand.
Give directions as follows: Calle Piura 135, on the
49th block of Avenida Arequipa. Go to the main traffic
circle (ovalo) in Miraflores, and then take Arequipa
east for 3 blocks before going left on Piura.
Hours:
Mon-Fri, 9:30am-5:00pm and Saturdays from 9:30am-1:00pm.
The Lima Clubhouse will now be open until 8pm on Wednesdays
for our weekly
presentations.
